Trying to dial into voice mail and select *2 and dial a cell phone number from my voice mail. I am using analog trunks. I can see the system trying to access a line but the call does not complete. Will this work with analog trunks or only with a PRI? |

In your transfer action from *2, are you including the system dial-out access number (e.g., 9) before the desired number? Of course you need to enable the analog trunks with the ability to make off-switch forward/transfer calls. Has this been done? |
