Hi, I have installation of IPO 500 Release 7.0 all IP setup using WellTech SIP Phone 388A. The problem we encountered is that the transfer feature of SIP Phone(Welltech) is not working. I already enabled the call waiting option but still it is not working. in addition, the call pickup member wont work. Anybody can help me with this?

Call waiting is all you need to make the transfer button on the Avaya version, have you tried loading the Avaya version and see what happens ? If this does work then it is something on the Welltech side.

Just activate you call waiting.. Check your phone manager option try use phone manager pc softphone
