Hi, I have installation of IPO 500 Release 7.0 all IP setup using WellTech SIP Phone 388A. The problem we encountered is that the transfer feature of SIP Phone(Welltech) is not working. I already enabled the call waiting option but still it is not working. in addition, the call pickup member wont work. Anybody can help me with this? |

Call waiting is all you need to make the transfer button on the Avaya version, have you tried loading the Avaya version and see what happens ? If this does work then it is something on the Welltech side. |

Just activate you call waiting.. Check your phone manager option try use phone manager pc softphone |
