Hi
I have deployed a OfficeMax 500 R6 with ip phones License, The customer is having congested network, ipo control unit is in network A ie., vlan 2 and i want register my IP phone from network B ie., vlan 5. which i am not able to reach. from network B i am not able to ping IPO control unit. where as if the control units ip address is assingned to any PC or laptop i will be able to ping the IP which was given to IPO control unit.
if any can……?

You will need to build your routes in teh IP Office to accept teh other subnets.
