I have a problem with on of my expansion module that it is not detected by the IPO.
do you any experiences about it?

Have you tried power-cycling the entire system – starting w/ processor first (power down), then the expansion modules; power back up in reverse order – expansion modules first, and processor last?

Is there a steady green light on the expansion module or is it flashing red and/or green and/or amber?

yep, I have done some stuff like that, for instance I was starting the module firs after the green flushing, I started the IPO. But still the green flushing.
