IP Office newbie here, so excuse the silly question.

Is the number of conference parties allowed limited to the number of appearance buttons a user has on their phone?
I have a customer running 8.0 Essential Edition. They want to be able to do conference calls with up to 4 people. Do they need 4 appearance buttons?
