IPO R7 analog trunking w/CLID is there a work around on in-coming calls ringing two cycles before ringing set. |

It has always been the case with the IP Office and analog trunks, that there is a 2 ring delay on inbound calls required for the system to process possible caller ID matches. Only option is to turn off ICLID on the analog trunks…. but then you lose caller ID! |

Do you have the same problem with PRI? I have analog trunks and have been trying to figure out a way to solve this issue too. |

No problem like this with PRI (or SIP) trunks… call is presented immediately. Especially so w/ SIP trunking. It seems like as soon as I hit “send” on my mobile, the call is ringing in < 1 second in the IPO (phones or VM attendant). |
