I have a system running release 7(27), but the 1403 phones do not come up. No application firmware is shown on the display. any ideas on how to correct this problem |

It depends how your system is setup. The firmware needs to be transferred to the phone somehow (if it is a new phone just out of the box). Do the other 1403 phones in the environment work correctly? |
